Photographs
Once payment has been confirmed your order will be processed. This will usually take around seven working days from the day the order is placed. All prints are on high quality lustre paper, dispatched rolled in a cardboard tube. Images will not be framed. The watermark that appears on the website will not appear on any prints purchased. I will sign the back of any images purchased. UK Delivery only, photographs will be packaged and sent via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery.
Paintings
Customers wanting to purchase a painting should email me, noting the paintings title along with their address. I will then request PayPal to issue an Email Invoice, from which you will be able to make a secure payment using your PayPal account or a credit or debit card. Additional postage costs will be detailed in your Email Invoice before you confirm payment. Once PayPal has confirmed the payment to me, I will process your order. Delivery quotes and timings will be supplied for individual paintings upon request. UK Delivery only, Paintings will be sent via a courier, and where appropriate a tracking number for your parcel will be supplied.

ISSUES MANAGEMENT
If you have any issues with the goods you receive, please contact me as soon as possible - I aim to offer a high level of customer service and hope that any issues can be resolved. If you return the product in its original packaging, in the same condition in which you received it, within 14 days of you receiving it, I will offer a refund.
